1991 MERCEDES BENZ UNIMOG U1600

Unimog U1600, we have known this machine for most of its life, had various uses throughout its history, the majority of which was as a road rail machine. Cab is mainly solid. This has the HD duty rear axle with heavy calipers fitted. Machine is all up and running and driveable.

Please note this machine needs work doing to it, it is not ready for work, we will shortly be getting the Unimog into the workshop to look over the machine and take it for a test drive to see what does and does not work. We will then update the information here and advise all interested parties.

Majority of the equipment is on the machine to make it full ag-spec, rear power lift and axle consoles are with the machine, the machine has the front section of the rear PTO and centre bearing, just needs the rear section of shaft ( which we may well have one for this if needed )

Good Ag-spec Unimogs bring strong money and are well sought after, so this machine offers the basis of a good machine. Engine hours are just shy of 8500hrs from new, so not high hours either. Rear body and subframe are not genuine Unimog.
